Our Beginning...
Dear Deanndra is a 501(c)3 tax exempt nonprofit organization that derived from the tragedy of our dear beloved Deanndra Roach.
Deanndra was 18 years old when she was murdered by her ex-boyfriend in 2016. Our Founder, Davida Roach, wanted to help prevent the pain she and her family had to endure from losing her sister, which led to the creation of Dear Deanndra. Since 2018, we have hosted annual events to spread our cause for awareness on domestic violence for teens.
